“Most attorneys’ are focused on the law; which is, of course, acutely necessary; however, they don’t realize how pivotal it is to create a powerful public speaking persona,” Woodall states. Learning how to effectively speak and win your case is about much more than having the proper legal facts.”
Having secured jury acquittals in felony cases alleging murder, aggravated assault, criminal vehicular operation, and aggravated robbery, to name a few, he knows of what he speaks. Woodall prefers participation in his seminars as he believes people, in whatever their career; learn by doing far easier than by simply listening. He also encourages questions and opinions.
